We respect your privacy and take great care in protecting your personal data whether you are a candidate, a collaborator or a visitor on one of our websites.  This privacy policy applies to the collection and further processing of personal data collected during the recruitment process or when you visit the Company’s website.

 

Personal data collected by the Company

As part of our recruitment process, the Company collects information mentioned in the candidate’s CV as well as the history and content of telephone conversations or during face-to-face interviews. To ensure data accuracy, the Company asks people in its “Candidate” database to update their CV every two years. Beyond this period, the Company erases all information relating to the data subject.

 

About the « Cookies » we use

 

Our website uses «cookies» to collect information related to visits: browsers used, traffic data, number of users, geographical data, operating systems used, devices used (PC, smartphones, tablets, etc.), web page preferences, browsing history, the number of views and pages visited, the number of clicks on a video, the addresses of websites visited previously if the user clicked on a partner link (Ex: a publication on a social network led the user to the site of one of our subsidiaries).

 

Collecting this information helps us to improve the interactivity of our websites and services, thereby facilitating your web experience.

The Company’s « Marketing and Communication » department collects, with your consent given during your first visit to the site, this data for marketing and statistical analysis only.

The data processed by this department is anonymous raw data. The retention period of the collected data is 13 months in accordance with the law.  Beyond this period, you will be asked to give your consent again.

For any request for right of access, rectification and erasure: we will ask you to provide us with proof of your identity. If you are unable to prove your identity, we may refuse to answer your query. We respond to these requests within the deadlines required by law.
