Our recruitment strategy is based on a desire for long-term collaboration. With this in mind, we make a point of recruiting men and women who share our curiosity (in science and technology) and values each day.

  • We hire more than 99% of our consultants on an open-ended contract in order to promote their job stability.
  • We aim to assign each of our consultants projects that they find stimulating.

Our internal network has enabled us to recruit 25% of our consultants via referral (a recruitment method based on recommendations made via contacts and networks).

We aim to prepare our consultants futures by making them a part of agap2‘s long-term plans. We therefore organise integration activities as soon as new employees arrive, such as integration meetings.
